Notify of your arrival
For organizational and safety reasons, please call us to notify us of your arrival.
Arrival at the parking lot: Call at least 30 minutes before arriving at the parking gate.
Return: Call immediately after retrieving your luggage.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, a €2.50 surcharge will be applied: letting us know in advance allows us to reorganise the shuttles without penalising other customers.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
By using the "Manage booking" button that you will find on the confirmation email you can manage your booking, or in alternative by entering your license plate number and email address in the "Manage booking" section of the website
When do shuttle buses leave for the airport?
The airport shuttle times are flexible and will adapt to the times of your arrival and departure, remember to always contact the car park to advise of any delay.
Should I notify if I am leaving or arriving late?
Yes: calling 30 minutes before arrival is mandatory. If you expect to be late, let us know as soon as possible and tell us the reason (traffic, accident, problem on the road, etc.). If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, a €2.50 surcharge will be applied.
Unreported delays force us to make extra trips to the airport and penalise other customers: by informing us in advance we can organise the shuttles efficiently and offer a better service to everyone.
Why do I have to hand over the keys?
For organization reasons of the parking spaces, CiaoPark considers it appropriate to keep the vehicle keys, except for those who, by choice, decide to keep them with them, paying a surcharge.

You will be able to download the invoice starting from the day following the exit directly from the "Manage booking" section.
Can I park Campers, Pick-ups, and Vans?
You can park vehicles larger than a car (4.88 m) such as Campers, pickups, and vans. Upon arrival at the parking, a 100% surcharge will be applied.
